I worked with Juni Kweon to create style frames for a 1 minute Science Channel brand spot. Connections can be found between everything in life from the smallest particle to the biggest star. The project was made with Cinema 4D and was made to emulate a handmade production complete with painted textures and hand molded clay set pieces to create a vibrant and fantastical world.

Each frame is highlighting a connection and each frame is connected by a set piece from the previous frame, ending with an explosive culmination of everything and the logo reveal.

We went through many different iterations before landing on our final storyboard.
Our first passes of different frames would undergo multiple
redesigns before resolving to the final outcome.
A combination of lessons that I have learned about image composition, detail work, and storytelling came into play to be able to create this project with Juni. Our constant refinement of ideas, from the ones that had to be thrown out to the final storyboard, made us push ourselves to come up with fun ways of connecting each frame together to tell fun and imaginative story.
